You can add additional paragraphs to a document's commentary.
There are two ways to do this, this article will focus on adding paragraphs that will be included in all Will commentaries. If you want to find out how to add a paragraph to a specific commentary then please read this article.
Adding a new paragraph
Navigate to the "Customisation" binder, then the "Commentary Content" tab.
Click in the [plus] icon in the 'Additional Paragraphs' section and you will be presented with the 'Additional Commentary Paragraphs' tab where you create the paragraph.
To add your paragraph enter the content in the paragraph text box, select where you would like the extra paragraph to appear (your options are at the commencement, middle or end of the document and press 'OK'.
Once your paragraph is added you will see it appear in the list of Additional paragraphs on the 'Commentary Content' tab.
Editing existing commentary paragraphs
When you're on the 'Commentary Content' tab and you have added additional paragraphs you will see a list of those paragraphs in the 'Additional Paragraphs' section.
To edit a paragraph, click on the icon. You can then edit the paragraph via the 'Additional Paragraphs' tab.
To delete a paragraph, click on the icon. You will then be asked to confirm you would like the paragraph removed.
