You can add additional paragraphs to a document's commentary.
There are two ways to do this, this article will focus on adding paragraphs that will be included in a specific client's Will commentary. Customising a clients commentary
To add a new paragraph to a commentary you must have initiated a questionnaire for a client. Click on the Commentary Extensions tab. To include additional paragraphs in the commentary tick yes for the question below.
You can then view a list of additional paragraphs included in your commentary. If there are any additional paragraphs set up to be included in all Wills these will appear by default. To add further paragraphs, please click on the following button:
Then you can then either;
- Type in commentary specifically for this Will
- Insert one of the paragraphs available from the commentary paragraph library using the drop down button.
To add the paragraph you must first create it and add it to the Library of Custom Paragraphs.
