When you need to find an existing client you can search in a number of ways:
- Client's name
- Client's date of birth
- As a Matter Reference
To search for a client;
1. Click on the Client Management binder and you will be presented with the following screen.
2. Depending on the information you have on hand you can enter your client's name or date of birth into the 'General' field. If you have assigned a matter reference to the document you can type the reference in to the 'Matter Reference' field.
3. Just click the 'Search' button.
4. If if the filters relate to any clients you will be presented with the search results.
From here you are able to click on the Edit button to create new documents, edit the clients details, or edit current documents.
