Once you have created an initial profile for a client you can add a profile for their spouse/partner with a few clicks.
1. To create a new client record for a spouse, search for the original client and click the 'edit' button .
2. You should see the client record for the person who's spouse you are creating.
3. If you entered that the client has a spouse when creating the client you should see the 'Spouse' category on the page. Click on the 'create' button to create the spouses client record. The spouse/partner record will be created and information from the initial client record carried over. You will however be required to enter the contact details for the spouse.
4. You will be asked to confirm you want to create the record and that you have added all required data to the original profile. Select 'yes' to create the record.
5. If everything is successful you will be presented with a confirmation.
